Mark J. Langerman
CEO, Managing Director

A securities industry professional for more than 25 years, Mark Langerman believes in the value of doing your homework and in the predictive power of knowledge. His research-driven, detail-oriented approach to investment has helped him work with a broad cross-section of clients, from high net-worth individuals, businesses, charities and government institutions, to athletes and entertainers. A former corporate executive and the manager of several brokerage firm branch offices, Mark now focuses on cultivating one-to-one client relationships, which enable him to drill down past the numbers to what makes an investor tick. Mark's true passion, professionally speaking? Effecting positive change in the world - and in the lives of individuals - through socially conscious investing. He has been published or written about in publications nationally and locally, including Investor's Business Daily, the Arizona Republic, MSN Money, the JPost.com web site and ABCNews.com. Additionally, he has been heard on radio programs all over the world.

Mark and Wendy, his wife of 22 years, live in Scottsdale with their teenage son.

Paul J. Seidman
President, CRPC

Paul Seidman's varied professional career affords him a 360-degree view of the lives, needs and aspirations of every EFG client. Before shifting his focus to the financial services industry in 2004, Paul spent 15 years as a corporate executive with a number of Fortune 500 companies. He also has owned and operated several small businesses. At Arizona State University, Paul majored in Finance with an emphasis on portfolio management, later in his career he pursued advanced training at the College of Financial Planning, where he was awarded the Certified Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation. Paul's professional passion? Seeing a carefully crafted plan come together to positive effect, helping a client and their family realize a dream.

Paul resides in North Scottsdale and has three wonderful children.

Doni Langston
Registered Branch Administrative Manager

When it comes to the day-to-day management and administrative functions at EFG, Doni Langston has everything under control - and that should come as no surprise, given her 14- year career in the financial services industry. With an educational background in business management from University of Phoenix, Doni began her career at Wells Fargo Private Client Services, where she played a key role in developing the Brokerage Operations department. She later advanced to an Advisor Associate role, then continued her career path at Merrill Lynch in the Global Wealth Management Division. In addition to her management and administrative functions, Doni specializes in EFG's comprehensive financial planning initiatives.

A mother of three, Doni lives in Mesa.

Mike Boehler
Client Services Director

Although Mike is new to the financial services industry, his past education and previous experience make him a great addition to the Empowerment team. Mike will be coordinating and executing service and sales campaigns that enhance Empowerment Financial Group's service level with our current clients and also help expand opportunities with prospective clients. Mike attended University of Colorado and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising. His career background includes advertising, marketing, and sales. Mike spent seven years as the Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Scott Orthotic Labs in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Mike and his wife Olivia recently relocated to Mesa from Colorado with their young daughter Ella.
